What We Do
Help People In Need
At the Jewish Federation of Fort Worth & Tarrant County, a key part of our mission is tikkun olam, repairing the world. We help people in need and we mobilize the Jewish community to become a source of care and comfort that embraces all.
Our support also offers a safety net for the community’s most vulnerable in Tarrant County, in Israel, and around the world. Through our network of agencies, we feed the hungry, help the unemployed, and extend a compassionate hand to the aging. In cases of natural and other disasters, such as after 9/11, we help support and organize disaster relief.
We make possible countless acts of loving-kindness every day.
Responding to Hurricane Harvey
When Hurricane Harvey devastated the Houston Jewish community, Federations across North America sprang into action. Read the stories of people impacted by the flooding.
Donate to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey recover. There are still so many who are in need.
